This film is totally mindblowing. It’s 100% CGI!!!! Besides it’s amazing look on architecture of Santiago Calatrava and Mies van der Rohe. And gues what? It was all made by ONE man. Yes, ONE man, including soundtrack. Thank you for enlightening my life Alex Roman! Here’s his vimeo channel, I couldn’t find his website: http://vimeo.com/user1337612. Do not dare to watch it in window, fullscreen is a must.

New tower in London

is called ArcelorMittal Orbit. It is designed by one of my favourite artists Anish Kapoor and engineer Cecil Balmond. It should be next to new olympic stadium and with height of 115 metres you will hardly miss it. London press and folks aren’t exactly happy about it, at least that’s what I heard, but I’d like to know why. It’s very interesting and have that feeling and aesthetic of sculpture as well. I hope it will become popular like other Anish urban projects (cloud gate etc.). More about tower: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ArcelorMittal_Orbit

Cleveland clinic

by Frank Gehry. Everybody who is interested in architecture knows Frank Gehry. This is his new building. Stunning as usual. The steel structure is supposed to reflect complexity of human brain, because main focus of this clinic is research on degeneration of brain.
